Robert Kickhofel has extensive experience in technical support and engineering, spanning over two decades. Currently, Robert serves as a Technical Support Engineer at Yellowbrick Data since April 2018. Prior to this, Robert held similar roles at ParAccel/Actian from September 2010 to April 2018 and at IBM, where Robert worked in various capacities, including Performance Test Engineer and Partner Enablement, from July 2004 to September 2010. Robert's career began at Lotus Approach from 1994 to 1997 and included positions as a Technical Support Engineer at Alphablox from May 1997 to July 2004 and as a Technical Support Analyst at Lotus Development/IBM in 1997.
