Kathy Chou is a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Yellowbrick Data since December 2019, with extensive experience in technical support and consulting within the data management sector. Previously, Kathy worked as a Professional Services Consultant at Teradata from June 2014 to February 2019, where responsibilities included developing ETL processes, enhancing Big Data pipelines, and facilitating marketing campaigns for retail and pharmaceutical clients. Prior to that, Kathy held student intern positions at AT&T in 2012 and 2013, focusing on data analysis and process automation. Kathy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia and participated in an exchange program at the City University of Hong Kong.
