Sebastine Odimma LLM, FCA, FCTI is an accomplished tax professional currently serving as the Head of Tax and Tax Director at Yellow Card App since December 2024. Prior experience includes leadership roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk from September 2014 to December 2024, overseeing tax controversy and strategy for the company's operations in Africa. Prior to Maersk, Sebastine was involved in growing the tax practice at KPMG Sierra Leone and managed tax affairs for various sectors in Sierra Leone and Liberia as a Tax Manager. With a solid foundation in tax advisory services, Sebastine also contributed considerable expertise in the energy and natural resources sector at KPMG Nigeria. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws in Business Law from De Montfort University and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry/Microbiology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
