Steve Dupont has a wealth of experience in animation, with a career spanning over 25 years. Steve is currently the Animation Director at Yellow Brick Games Inc., a position they have held since October 2020. Prior to this, Steve worked at Ubisoft Québec as an Animation Director from March 2015 to October 2020. Steve also served as an Animation Director at Ubisoft Montréal from November 2011 to February 2015. Steve briefly worked as an Animation Director at Red Barrels in September 2011. Before joining Red Barrels, they spent eight years at Electronic Arts - Montreal as an Animation Director from August 2003 to November 2011. Prior to that, Steve worked at Ubisoft - Montreal as an Animation Director for six years from August 1997 to August 2003. Steve began their career as an Animation Teacher at NAD, School of Digital Arts, Animation and Design - UQAC from August 1996 to August 1997. Before transitioning into animation, Steve worked as an Analyst Programmer at SHL Systemhouse from 1994 to 1995.

Steve Dupont has a diverse education history. In 1991, they began studying at the Université de Sherbrooke, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in 1994. In 1995, Steve attended the NAD, School of Digital Arts, Animation and Design - UQAC, where they pursued an AEC (Attestation d'études collégiales) specializing in 3D animation and visual effects for film and television. Moving forward to 2002, they participated in a Master Class at the European Film College, focusing on Richard Williams Animation. Finally, in 2009, Steve attended the NAD, School of Digital Arts, Animation and Design - UQAC once again for a Master Class specifically in Ed Hooks Acting for Animators.
