Terrall Jordan has worked in various roles for several companies since 1992. Theirfirst position was as a Test Engineer for Appliance Controls Technology, where they built automated test equipment, served as a liaison, and trained engineers and operators. In 1995, they moved to US Robotics as a Test Engineer, developing training materials, providing technical assistance, and managing and training operators and technicians. From 1997 to 2000, they worked as a Network Engineer for 3Com, setting up and maintaining database, web, and file servers, and as a Network Analyst for Tellabs, setting up a streaming video server and implementing DHCP, ToD, FTP, and TFTP servers. From 2003 to 2011, they worked as a Loan Originator for Open Mortgage, LLC, qualifying customers and processing loans. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Senior QA Test Engineer for mFluent, testing Android and iPhone applications, leading engineering, and writing and implementing test plans and test cases. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Outcome Health as a QA Lead and Sr. QA Specialist, and from 2019 to present, they have been an Engineering Manager, Test Engineering Manager, and Staff Engineer for Yello.co.
Terrall Jordan attended Lane Tech from 1987 to 1991. Terrall then went on to study Computer Science at DePaul University from 1995 to 2001. After that, they studied Telecommunications Management at DeVry University from 2002 to 2003. In October 2019, they obtained a certification in Robot Framework Test Automation from LinkedIn.
