Iana Gandziuk has worked in a variety of roles over the past decade. In 2009, they were a Heating, Water Supply and Disposal Design Engineer for "IDEA" LLC. The following year, they were a HVAC Design Engineer for EMF "Griffits" where they designed heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for the hotel "Intercontinental". In 2015, they began working for Yello.co as a Senior Test Engineer II, then a Senior Test Engineer I, and finally a Test Engineer II. That same year, they also worked as a QA Automation Engineer (intern) for Nativ Mobile where they tested UI and functionality of new features of a complex Web-based application. Additionally, they were a Manual QA Tester (intern) for Channel IQ and Thread Me Up.

Iana Gandziuk completed a Certificate in Software QA manual testing from Forte Knowledge in 2014. Iana is currently enrolled at the National University of Water Management and Nature Resources Use, Ukraine.
