Laura Durbin, MBA, currently serves as Senior Director - Growth Strategy Lead at Year Up since December 2022. Prior to this role, Laura Durbin held positions including Member at Chief and Vice President of Growth at BASIS.ed, where responsibilities included the strategic growth and successful opening of 10 new charter schools. Experience also includes leadership roles at Raytheon, OneTeacher, TNTP, and Glendale Elementary School District No 40, where Laura Durbin achieved significant improvements in teacher performance and received recognition as Teacher of the Year. Laura Durbin holds an MBA in Business Analytics and Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University, a Master of Arts in Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Political Science from UCLA.
