Pavel Rydzyk is an experienced professional in leadership and management, currently serving as the Owner and CEO of YD Capital since May 2020, where the focus is on connecting people, productive ideas, and opportunities. Prior to this role, Pavel was a Partner and Director at CLEAR investment s.r.o. from January 2018 to February 2020, and served as a Development Manager at Investiční skupina DRFG from January 2016 to December 2017. Pavel's experience also includes being an Agency Director at AXA from September 2014 to December 2015, where the responsibility was for the development and management of a managerial team, and a Unit Manager at ING from June 2010 to August 2014, focusing on the management and development of a business group. Pavel Rydzyk holds a degree from Masaryk University Brno, completed between 2007 and 2012.
