형준 Kwon Hyeong jun 권 has worked in various roles since 1994. 형준 Kwon Hyeong jun started their career as a Tax Officer at HanKook Information & Communication in 1995. In 1994, they served as a Tax Auditor at the Korean Tax Administration. From 1999 to 2013, they worked in various roles at Dreamwiz, including CFO and Management Director. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Financial Consultant at KDB Venture. From 2016 to 2017, they were the CFO at Hanwha Q Cells Korea, responsible for LED module manufacturing, FPD module manufacturing, LG Electronics, LG Display, and BOE. From 2017 to 2018, they were the CFO at (Private) Naver Pay. Lastly, from 2018 to 2020, they were the CFO at Yozma Bmtech and YBRAIN.

Kwon Hyeong jun 권 is currently studying at Dongguk University.
