Adam Neal is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Advanced Product Engineering at Yazaki Europe Ltd. since March 1998, Adam plays a pivotal role in designing high voltage junction boxes for electric vehicles, combining managerial responsibilities with hands-on engineering tasks. Previous roles include Design Engineer at Pitney Bowes, focusing on letter folding and envelope stuffing machines, and Design Engineer at Camford Design (PreStar), where Adam specialized in chassis and suspension design. Adam began their career at Polycell, contributing as both a Production Engineer and R&D Technician.
