About The Role A Talent Acquisition Specialist is a professional that is typically responsible for sourcing, finding, attracting, and interviewing candidates to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals. The recruiter is responsible for establishing trust and partnerships with the managers, interviewing and administering the onboarding process, and ensuring a positive new hire experience. Internal communications specialists are responsible for creating and communicating content to employees within an organization. They may also be tasked with developing strategies to improve employee engagement or morale. This might include things like facilitating town hall meetings, organizing social events, or even just providing general guidance on how best to approach their job each day.
