Dr. Imad Hassan is a seasoned professional in process engineering with extensive experience in the refining industry. Currently serving as Process Engineering Manager and Division Head of Process Integration at Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF) Ltd. since November 2012, Dr. Hassan has held various roles including Operation Engineering Superintendent and Process Engineering Specialist. Prior to YASREF, Dr. Hassan worked at Khartoum Refinery as Project Coordinator for Refining Excellence and spent 17 years at Port Sudan Refinery, progressing from Refinery Technologist to Technical Services Manager. Dr. Hassan's academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Khartoum, as well as a Master of Science in Refinery Design and Operation from The University of Manchester.
