Chip Hartley started their work experience in 1998 as a Security Forces member in the United States Air Force. Chip worked in this role until 2003. In 2003, they began working at Yaskawa Motoman, where they started as an Assembler. Chip held various positions within the company, including Senior Assembler, Manufacturing Technician, Senior Manufacturing Technician, Manufacturing Coordinator, Robotic System Specialist, and most recently, Senior Engineer, which they started in November 2020.
