Dr. R Suresh Kumar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Yasho Industries Limited, Dr. Kumar has also held key roles such as Principal Consultant with External Consultants, and Business Strategist and CHRO with Until Recently Consulting and a Scholar. Additionally, Dr. Kumar served as Executive President & CHRO at Polycab, as well as President of Strategy & Human Resources. Dr. Kumar's academic credentials include a PhD in HR from Sardar Patel University, where studies were completed between October 2018 and February 2023, as well as a B.Sc and MBA from Jiwaji University, earned between 1993 and 1996.
