Sadik Hussain has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Specialist at Emirates Advanced Investments Group since February 2011. Responsibilities include the implementation of HR programs, HR analytics, salary benchmarking, workforce planning, and HR budget preparation using Hyperion WFM. Previous roles at Etisalat spanned from May 1998 to January 2011, where Sadik led payroll activities, managed employee relations, and provided guidance to teams serving approximately 7,000 staff members. Sadik Hussain holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology and a BSc in Computer Science, along with a Teacher Training Certificate and Pre Degree in Maths.
