Ben Worby is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in transportation and logistics across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of the Operations Control Centre and Hub Depot at Yarra Trams since January 2020, Ben leads a skilled team overseeing the world's largest tram network. Prior to this, Ben held the position of Senior Operations Control Manager at Toll Group, where responsibilities included establishing a National Operations Control Centre and managing critical incident responses for a significant transportation network. Ben's career also encompasses roles at ALDI Stores Australia as Logistics Manager, and Virgin Australia, where responsibilities ranged from crew scheduling to performance analysis. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management Science from Lancaster University.
