Rikke Kyllenstjerna is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Food Chain and Global Key Accounts at Yara International since February 2021, while also holding the position of Director of Transformation Management & Innovation Center. Prior to Yara, Rikke held multiple leadership positions at PostNord between November 2015 and July 2020, including Head of Client Relation and Customer Experience Manager. Rikke's previous roles also include Business Area Manager at Bring and Category and Project Manager at Synnøve Finden ASA. Rikke's educational background includes a degree in Siviløkonom from BI Norwegian Business School and studies in psychology and law at the University of Oslo and University of Bergen.
