Marcus Paolucci currently serves as the Director of Continuous Improvement & Terminal Operations for Continental Europe at Yara International, where responsibilities include overseeing teams in Germany, France, and Poland, and managing the production site in Poland. Prior to this role, Marcus held various positions at Yara such as Global Expert Productivity and Global Change Leader, focusing on the implementation of the Yara Productivity System across production sites. Marcus has extensive experience in project management from previous roles at Procter & Gamble, including Global Packing Leader and Platform Life Cycle Management Leader, and earlier project management experience at Rhodia Brasil. Marcus holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Itajubá and a Mechanical Technician degree from Etec Presidente Vargas.
