Ozlem Gulcicek started their career as an intern at Schlumberger in 2002. Ozlem then worked as an intern at Deutsche Bank in 2003 and HSBC in 2005. After that, they joined ÜNLÜ & Co as an Analyst from July 2005 to April 2006 and later became a Senior Analyst from August 2006 to August 2007. Ozlem then worked as a Senior Associate at Fortis (BNP Paribas) from September 2007 to August 2010. Following that, they worked as a Corporate Finance Manager at Oyak Securities from August 2010 to June 2015. Currently, they are working as a Corporate Finance Director at Yapı Kredi since June 2015.

Ozlem Gulcicek attended Istanbul University from 1999 to 2004, where they studied Economics. Prior to that, they attended Konya Meram Fen Lisesi from 1996 to 1999.
