John Andersen is the Co-Founder of Yansa Labs (www.YansaLabs.com). John founded Yansa Labs as a company dedicated to building innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

John is a major fan and contributor to the ServiceNow ecosystem. He served as the platform and integration architect at the company for several years. In this role, John provided technical direction and execution across all practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem globally. John actively participates in the ServiceNow community through forum interactions, social media support, and technical blog articles.

John’s direct interaction with customers and partners enabled him to work closely with the Professional Services and Product Development organizations in a consultative role to provide insight on customer needs and industry trends. John’s personal blog (www.john-james-andersen.com) is a staple in ServiceNow development circles.

During his tenure at ServiceNow, John worked both in the Professional Services organization as a consultant as well as in the Pre-Sales group as a Solution Architect. As the most senior Integrations Architect in the company, John assisted with the development of many of the earlier Single Sign-on technologies and integration offerings used by ServiceNow today. He also helped to launch and provide technical direction for the various developer partner programs. John helped to lay the foundation for world-wide enablement in the Pre-Sales community by developing an architecture for learning management, knowledge tracking, as well as gamification around employee development and participation.

Prior to joining ServiceNow in 2010, John was a Sr. Software Development Manager at Novell with a special emphasis on automation. John was involved in research and development of new products focused around productivity and IT management. John was one of the primary inventors for a number of product offerings and open source projects. John led teams across the globe in application development.
