Jim Barrett has extensive experience in sales and management within the retail sector, notably with The Yankee Candle Company, Inc., where roles have included Regional Sales Director, National Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, and Store Manager/Visual Training Manager from May 2006 to the present. Prior experience includes serving as National Sales Manager at Yankee Candle from September 2019 to January 2022 and as Store Manager at American Greetings from October 1998 to May 2006. Jim Barrett holds a high school education with a focus on Meteorology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, alongside completing studies at Hempfield High School.
