Irina Gushchina is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Yango, overseeing the promotion of Search and Portal products in international markets since June 2023. Previously, Irina worked at Google from April 2011 to May 2023, holding multiple leadership roles, including Head of Consumer Apps Marketing & Strategy, where responsibilities included designing a long-term Search Growth & Monetization strategy for Russia and achieving significant revenue growth. Other notable positions at Google involved developing B2B communications strategies, launching integrated campaigns that improved lead generation, and creating initiatives to support small and medium-sized businesses. Irina began their career as a Business Analyst at advertising agency Index20 and has held assistant roles at Banque Societe Generale Vostok and Spectr. Irina holds a Master's degree in Marketing communications and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Higher School of Economics, complemented by training from the Center for Creative Leadership.
