Evgeniya Shlenova has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Evgeniya is currently working as the HQ Marketing Lead (Mature Markets) at Yango since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Yandex from 2022 to 2023. In this role, they focused on growth marketing and successfully increased the MAU of the target segment.
Before joining Yandex, Evgeniya worked at Foxford as the Brand Marketing Lead from 2020 to 2022. During their tenure, they initiated and led the rebranding and repositioning process, which positively impacted the brand's image perception and drove traffic growth. Evgeniya also played a key role in developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for Foxford in the European market.

Evgeniya Shlenova completed their education at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU). Evgeniya obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from MSU from 2007 to 2011, followed by a Master's degree in Marketing from 2007 to 2013. Additionally, they participated in a course on Monetary Economics and Policies at George Mason University in 2010. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Product Management based on analytics from GoPractice, Inc.
