Natalija Mutavdzic is an experienced International Recruiter currently working with Yango, Yango Deli, and Yango Tech since October 2022, where responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring teams across the MENA, Latam, and APAC regions. Previously, Natalija served as a Human Resources Assistant at STREIT Groupe from January 2022 to June 2022, focusing on recruitment processes, employee support, and administering work-related programs. Natalija's early experience includes working as a Personal Care Assistant for a child with special needs. Natalija holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Media and Communications, earned between 2017 and 2021.
