Alicia Purvis is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR management and strategic planning. Currently serving as Human Resources Superintendent at Yancoal Australia Ltd since July 2022, Alicia has previously held roles including Human Resources Business Partner at HammondCare and Senior Human Resources Advisor at Yancoal Australia Ltd. Alicia's previous experience includes managing HR functions at RPF Group and Orbium, where responsibilities involved end-to-end recruitment, expatriate management, and performance appraisal systems.
