Soledad Becerra G. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and research within the jewelry industry. Currently serving as the Corporate Manager of Research & Development for the Jewelry Division at Yanbal International since 2005, Soledad leads new product development and investigates emerging trends related to processes, technology, and materials, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and legal regulations prior to market launch. Previously, during a tenure at Unique S.A. from 1998 to 2004, Soledad held the position of Corporate Director of Research and Development. Academic credentials include a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima, an MBA in Senior Executive Management from Escuela de Dirección de la Universidad de Piura, and a specialization in Innovation Management from IESE Business School.
