Paola Catherine Hernandez currently serves as the Quality Assurance Manager for both Yamamotoyama and Stash Tea, having previously held the position of Interim QA Manager. With a comprehensive background in QA compliance and regulatory support, Paola has extensive experience in both domestic and international projects, and has acted as a backup SQF Practitioner and PCQI. Prior to joining Yamamotoyama in October 2021, Paola worked as a QA Supervisor at King's Hawaiian, leading one of three Quality Assurance teams, and has held roles such as Quality Assurance Supervisor at MeriCal LLC, where auditing was a significant focus, and Quality Assurance Lead at Namar Foods, where Paola contributed to the SQF 8.0 System. Educationally, Paola holds a degree in Food Science & Administration from California State University, Northridge.
