Joel Gentleman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joel started their career in Tokyo Electron US as an Account Manager/Technical Specialist, where they significantly increased sales revenue and coordinated customer relations. Joel also worked as a Field Service/Install Engineer, installing and maintaining semiconductor process equipment.
Joel then joined Balasana Inc as an Operations and Marketing Manager, where they developed a new concept from an idea to a brick and mortar establishment. Joel generated funding for the startup and developed a detailed business model.

Currently, they are serving as the General Manager of the Arizona Operation at Yamaichi Electronics USA, Inc., where they are responsible for the entire operation and manages key account sales and marketing.
Joel Gentleman has a Master of Business (MBA) degree from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering from DeVry University, which they completed from 1990 to 1993. Joel also has a High School Diploma from North Pole High, where they studied from 1985 to 1990.
