Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various roles. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store that specializes in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana also serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a Nutritionist at a private consulting firm from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, where subjects included applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food.
