Ussif Muhammed has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Ussif started their career in 2016 at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) as a Call Center Agent, where they represented bank products and services, resolved complaints, and ensured customer satisfaction. In 2018, Ussif joined Glovo as an Operations Specialist, responsible for recruiting, training, and onboarding couriers. Ussif also managed the launch of new cities and handled documentation and contracts for Glovers. Later, they transitioned to the Operational Control Center role, where they managed, monitored, and optimized live operations, ensuring a great customer experience. Currently, Ussif is working at Yalla Fel Sekka as an Operations Lead, refining acquisition and retention strategies for couriers and supporting their training sessions.
Ussif Muhammed pursued their Bachelor's degree in Law from Helwan University in Cairo from the year 2012 to 2016.
