Winford Phiri is a skilled Maintenance Engineer currently employed at Yalelo Zambia since March 2023, focusing on ensuring maximum reliability and availability of plant equipment. Previously, Winford served as a Technical Trainer in Electrical & Solar Technology at St Paul's Training Institute from October 2022 to March 2023, where specialized TEVETA training was conducted. Winford also gained experience as a Maintenance Engineer Intern at Zambia Electricity Supply Corporation (ZESCO) in late 2021, working with the Victoria Falls Power Plant on balance of plant operations and maintenance. Winford holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Electromechanical Engineering from The Copperbelt University, completed in September 2022, and an Advanced Level Sciences education with a focus on Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry from Hillcrest High School.
