Toni Stremski has extensive experience in HR data and systems management, currently serving as an HR Data Engineer at PODS since February 2019, where responsibilities include leading the integration of HR data from ADP and various recruiting platforms, as well as migrating databases to a Snowflake Data Warehouse. Prior to this role, Toni held the position of Sr HRIS Analyst at PODS, focusing on administration and implementation of multiple HR systems and optimizing HR reporting processes. Previous experience includes roles as a Business Analyst II at Sykes and Programmer Analyst at OfficeMax, along with other positions in HR and business analytics. Toni holds multiple certifications in Microsoft Office and has a background in business education.
