Laurence Still is a seasoned professional in the field of data science and machine learning, currently serving as a Research Consultant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since October 2023. Prior experience includes a prominent role as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Intelligent Ultrasound, where Laurence also acted as an ESG Representative from October 2021 to September 2024. Additional past positions include Head of Data at FaunaPhotonics and Director of Still Data, a venture dedicated to providing technical expertise for start-ups. Laurence’s background also encompasses consulting roles at CGI and Affecto, as well as analytical work at Inwatec ApS. An educator at Parch Hill School and a Physics Ambassador at Queen Mary, University of London, Laurence's academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Robot Systems from the University of Southern Denmark and an MSci in Physics from Queen Mary, University of London.
