Steven Gaudreau is a seasoned financial systems leader with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Financial Systems & Solutions at Yale University since May 2019, Steven previously held various senior roles at GE Capital from 1999 to 2018, including VP of Digital Operations and leader of Enterprise Program & IT Regulatory Initiatives. Throughout their career at GE Capital, Steven successfully managed large teams to implement global financial solutions, directed regulatory readiness projects, and drove strategic initiatives in financial systems. Prior to GE Capital, roles included Manager at KPMG, where Steven oversaw ERP system implementations, and Senior Financial Analyst at ChoicePoint Inc., leading financial system initiatives during a corporate spin-off. Steven began their career as a Financial Controller at PRC Corporation and as a Supervisor at Noreika, Rosenfeld & Hupp CPA's. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University.
