Josh Josefczyk is an accomplished professional in football recruiting and scouting, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Football Recruiting at Yale University since September 2024. Prior to this role, Josh held multiple positions at Miami University Department of Athletics from August 2022 to September 2024, including Assistant Director of Scouting, Football Scouting Student Intern, and Football Recruiting Student Intern. Additionally, Josh worked as a Prep Redzone Ohio Scout for Prep Network from January 2024 to May 2024, where responsibilities included evaluating high school football players and enhancing their national exposure. Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Miami University in May 2024, following education at Springboro High School from 2016 to 2020.
