Lauren Thayer, DNP, RN, CNL, CNML, currently serves as a Nurse Manager at Yale New Haven Health since February 2021, where notable achievements include the Lean In Class of 2022 and the receipt of the Marita Titler Evidence-Based Practice and Research Award in March 2022. In addition to the managerial role, Lauren has contributed to nursing education as an Adjunct Faculty member at both Quinnipiac University and Fairfield University since 2017 and 2020, respectively. Previous experience includes roles as Nursing Professional Development Specialist and Nurse Residency Coordinator at Bridgeport Hospital, as well as various positions at St. Vincent's Health Services. Academically, Lauren holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Master of Science in Nursing from Sacred Heart University.
