Dan Combs serves as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Business Partner at Yale New Haven Health since December 2014, providing strategic HR support for a multi-billion dollar healthcare system. Responsibilities include engagement, employee relations, talent development, compensation, retention, and diversity initiatives, along with HR analytics and compliance. Dan has held various roles within Yale New Haven Health, including Exit Data Administrator, Employee Engagement Administrator, and involvement in several committees focused on diversity, telecommuting, and retention. Previously, Dan worked at Old Navy and Kohl's Department Stores in various positions related to human resources and operations. Dan holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Xavier University.
