Paul Varghese is a seasoned analytics professional with extensive experience in healthcare and business intelligence. Currently serving as the Manager of Advanced Analytics at Yale Medicine since March 2024, Paul previously held the position of Sr Business Intelligence Performance Specialist at Texas Health Resources for a brief period. Paul managed Quality Analytics at Southwestern Health Resources from September 2019 to December 2023, and prior to that, worked at UT Southwestern Medical Center in various roles focused on Health System Quality Intelligence Analytics. Early career positions include Network Data Analyst at ANPI and Financial Analyst at MedAssets. Paul earned an MBA in Health Services Management from The University of Dallas between 2005 and 2007.
