Murali Pavan Vavilakolunu is an Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in the design and development of electronic systems and products. Currently employed at Yale and August U.S. since November 2021, Murali is responsible for the design of smart lock products, including schematic design, Bill of Materials (BoM) management, PCB layout design, and prototype validation. Prior experience includes a role as a Hardware Engineer at Huf Group from July 2017 to November 2021, where Murali developed wireless transceivers for advanced communication technologies and conducted in-depth reliability studies. Early career experience includes a traineeship at LHP Engineering Solutions focusing on gasoline engine control systems and a student assistant position at Wayne State University. Murali holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
