Chelsea Trammell Snodgrass is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and community engagement. As the Director of Donor & Volunteer Engagement at Yakima Union Gospel Mission since December 2023, Chelsea is dedicated to helping individuals move from homelessness to wholeness. Previously, Chelsea served as an Insurance Producer at Mitchell, Reed & Schmitten Insurance, where responsibilities included property and casualty insurance sales and marketing strategy implementation. Chelsea's experience as Executive Officer at Central Washington Home Builders Association involved managing operations and overseeing large-scale community events. Prior roles include Director of Career Services at Perry Technical Institute, where Chelsea managed career placement and department budgets, and Tobacco Control Coordinator at the American Lung Association, focusing on anti-tobacco initiatives. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from Central Washington University and an Associate of Arts degree from Yakima Valley College.
