Kate Hess Pace

Community Organizer - St Paul at ISAIAH

Kate Hess Pace currently serves as the Executive Director of Hoosier Action, a position held since April 2017. In addition, Kate has been a Community Organizer for ISAIAH in St. Paul since October 2010, where responsibilities include leading community organizing and advocacy efforts. Previous roles include Health Impact Assessment Manager, overseeing a coalition for community-led research, and Lead Organizer for the Healthy Children's Campaign at PICO National Network. Kate has also worked as a Graphic Designer at Indiana University, Director of Youth Journalism at Rhino's Youth Center, Editor-in-Chief of The Pin-Up arts publication, and served in Program Support for the American Friends Service Committee focusing on economic justice in Latino communities. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Independent Major - Public Space from Indiana University Bloomington.
