Matt Turner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the bicycle retail and outdoor industries. Currently serving as Fit & Product Manager AU/NZ and previously as Territory Manager at Yakima Australia since August 2018, Matt has successfully managed territories in Queensland, Western Australia, the Northern Territory, and Northern Rivers New South Wales. In addition to this role, Matt is a volunteer firefighter and the training officer for the Queensland Rural Fire Service since February 2020. Matt maintains active involvement in the bicycle sector through a part-time role at Giant Sunshine Coast, providing support in sales and workshop operations, and has held various positions in other bicycle retail establishments, including Avantiplus Sunshine Coast and Sheppard Cycles, where significant expertise in sales, inventory management, and customer engagement was developed. Matt's career foundation includes an assistant manager role at Supreme Cycles/AvantiPlus Narrabeen, alongside notable training with esteemed brands and companies in the industry. Education was completed at Barrenjoey High School from 2001 to 2005.
