Rhonisha Ridgeway has a strong background in social media management and communications, currently serving as a Social Media Manager at Yahoo, BUILT BY GIRLS, and MAKERS Women since June 2022 and December 2022, respectively. Prior experience includes roles as a Social Media Content Creator at New Orleans & Company and Unit Marketing Coordinator at Sodexo. Additionally, Rhonisha has held various positions such as Director of Communications at Flux Research, Podcast Host & Creator at Becoming Boss Babes, and other internship roles in marketing and editorial capacities. Rhonisha graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a B.A. in Mass Communication, focusing on Visual Communication and an English Minor.
