Philip Cosgrave MCIPD currently serves as the Head of People Systems at Intercom since October 2023. Previous experience includes senior roles in HR operations at Workday as a Sr Manager from March 2020 to August 2023, and as People Operations Manager for EMEA at ResMed from January 2019 to February 2020. Philip has also held significant positions at Vodafone, The Citco Group of Companies, First Data Corporation, Dunnes Stores, Hertz, Starbucks, and American Eagle Outfitters, demonstrating expertise in HR operations, payroll management, and people management consulting. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the National College of Ireland and a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Information Studies from University College Dublin.
