Charles J.T. Chu possesses extensive experience in human resources across multiple industries, currently serving as an HRBP at 台積電 since July 2024. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at HannsTouch Holdings Company for a brief period in mid-2024, and Senior Human Resources Manager at 國巨 from August 2021 to April 2024, overseeing the Kaohsiung site and leading various HR initiatives. Charles has a proven track record in talent acquisition, organization development, and industry-academia cooperation projects, having collaborated with several universities. Previous positions also include Human Resources Manager at 瑞昱半導體股份有限公司 and recruitment management roles at 台達電子 and TSMC. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Electronic Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, both from National Chung Hsin University.
