Maria Sabshin has a diverse work experience. Maria currently works as a Solutions Engineer Team Lead at Yael Group since September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Solution Engineer, specializing in Salesforce Marketing cloud and Oracle Eloqua at Yael Group from September 2020 to November 2022. Maria managed projects for multiple clients and provided creative solutions for complex business requirements through the implementation of marketing automation systems. Maria also developed automation processes and created external integrations via API.

Before joining Yael Group, Maria worked at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems as a Project Management professional. In this role, they supported the advancement of different projects by overseeing procurement processes, budgetary control, data extracting, and more.

Additionally, Maria worked as a Project Management Officer at Gadish Group Engineering & Management from 2018 to 2019. Maria started their career in the Israel Defense Forces as a Psychotechnical Evaluator from 2012 to 2014.

Maria Sabshin attended Tel Aviv University from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued multiple courses in Psychology and Biology. Following this, they enrolled in the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2020, earning their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Maria Sabshin obtained a certification in PM101 - Intro to Product Management with Honors from Give & Tech in November 2021.
