Oliver Wolf is currently the Vice President of Culinary Operations at Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel, a position held since October 2019. Previously, Oliver served as a Co Host for the sixth season of "Come Dine With Me WNY," which highlighted local dining establishments from September 2015 to October 2019. Prior culinary experience includes the role of Culinary Executive Chef for multiple properties at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino from July 2014 to October 2019, and Executive Chef positions at JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Harbor Beach Marriott Resort. Earlier career milestones include serving as Executive Sous Chef at Philadelphia Marriott Hotel and various sous chef roles across multiple Marriott properties and Sheraton Dubai.
