James Goh is an experienced professional in the hospitality and asset management sectors, serving as the Founder of Y Suites by Wee Hur Hospitality since January 2020. In this role, James oversees the development of a new student accommodation brand, focusing on digital marketing strategy, software integration, and operational efficiency. Prior to this, James worked at Wee Hur Capital as Manager of Asset Management, managing Purpose-Built Student Accommodations in Brisbane and Adelaide, where responsibilities included revenue strategy, budget control, and stakeholder management. James also has experience as an Assistant Manager at The Learning Lab and began a career in education as a Teacher. Academically, James holds a Master's degree from Yale University and a Bachelor's degree from the National University of Singapore, alongside completing a visiting student program at Yale.
