John Nolan is an experienced manager in community and business development, currently overseeing Financial Wellness initiatives at Y-12 Federal Credit Union since March 2022. Previously, John led the Financial Outreach team, focusing on financial literacy for high school and college-age students. John’s career at Truist from April 2014 to March 2022 included roles such as Cluster Branch Leader II and Assistant Vice President, where management of a team and operational responsibilities for two banks with a combined deposit base of $125MM were key highlights. Additionally, John has a strong background in retail management from Game Haven, Inc., where impressive sales achievements and customer satisfaction were consistently accomplished. Educational credentials include a High School Diploma with a focus on Computer Technology and Marketing from Rhea County High School and higher education at Western Governors University.
