Charlotte Ã…berg has worked in customer service and management for over eight years. Charlotte began their career as a Guest Service Agent at the Sheraton Stockholm Hotel. Charlotte then became a Team Manager Delegate Operations & Senior Project Manager at Management Events. In April 2018, they took on the role of Head of Customer Service at Offerta AB, where they were responsible for the Customer Service team, reception, strategic & operational support management, KPI definition and target setting, staff management, scheduling, recruiting and performance reviews, coaching and development of customer service agents, bug reporting and follow-up processes, strategic improvement planning and implementation of tools (Zendesk, Connectel, Payex etc.), and budget responsibility. In January 2020, Charlotte became the Client Growth Manager at Xzakt Kundrelation.
Charlotte Ã…berg's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel Management from the Swiss Hotel Management School, a high school degree in social sciences from Kunskapsgymnasiet Globen, and a certification from the Swiss Connoisseur Master Class.
